Refund policy

This cancellation policy applies to consumers. A consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their self-employed professional activity.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods. In the case of a single order comprising several items delivered separately, the date of receipt of the last item shall be decisive. For goods delivered in several instalments or pieces, the date of receipt of the final instalment or piece is decisive.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Leslis GmbH, Kufsteiner Strasse 23a, 83075 Bad Feilnbach, Germany, email: support@leslis.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email. You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although this is not mandatory.

You may also declare your withdrawal using the ‘Withdraw from contract’ function in the footer of our online shop. Once you have entered the required details, submit the declaration by clicking ‘Confirm withdrawal’. You will immediately receive confirmation of receipt, setting out the content of your declaration as well as the date and time of receipt, on a durable medium, in particular by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of this fourteen-day period.

We will bear the costs of returning the goods within Germany. For returns from other countries, you must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You must compensate us for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning, and you have been duly informed of your right of withdrawal.

Washing, use and compensation for loss of value

Please inspect textiles before washing or use. If washing, prolonged use, soiling or any other treatment beyond what is necessary to inspect the item results in a loss of value, we will claim compensation for that loss as required by law. The actual loss of value in each individual case shall be decisive.

Bespoke goods

There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to their personal needs. This applies in particular to an expressly ordered personalised inscription or comparable individual design.

Arranging a return

To obtain a free return label within Germany, please use our returns portal or email us at support@leslis.de. If you are returning goods from abroad, please contact us to arrange the return. Using the portal and prior coordination facilitate the processing of your return; however, they are not a prerequisite for a valid statutory withdrawal. A tracked parcel will help you provide proof of return.
