Shipping policy
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is made within Germany, to EU countries and the USA.
Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)
Delivery costs:
Shipping and returns within Germany are free of charge.
Shipping within Europe including Switzerland(*) costs 5,00 EUR.
Shipping outside Europe, Norway and Malta always costs 19.90 EUR(*).
(*)The goods are sent duty unpaid to non-EU countries. The recipient bears any customs duties.
Delivery times
We produce exclusively "on-demand", which means that the goods are only printed and sewn after receipt of the order. As a rule, production takes 7-10 days plus the production time. Shipping time (Germany approx. 2 days, EU approx. 5-8 days). Some products are also in stock and can be dispatched immediately. For a better overview, we show an estimated delivery date for each item.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
Returns
Returns within Germany are free of charge. Returns must be registered via our returns portal within 14 days of receipt of the consignment. After checking, you will receive a free return slip by e-mail.
Returns from abroad must also be registered via the returns portal. Returns must be made at the customer's own expense and labelled with a traceable consignment number.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
