Delivery areas and delivery charges

We deliver to Germany, countries within the European Union and Switzerland. The delivery destinations available for each item are displayed at checkout.

  • Germany: Delivery and returns are free of charge.
  • European delivery destinations, including Switzerland: €5.00 delivery charge; however, delivery to Malta and Norway, where available as delivery destinations, costs €19.90.
  • For any other non-European delivery destination offered at checkout, the delivery charge is 19.90 EUR.

The shipping costs quoted include statutory VAT, where applicable. For deliveries outside the EU customs union, additional import duties, taxes and clearance charges may apply, which are to be borne by the recipient.

Delivery times

Many of our items are printed and sewn after the order is received. Production usually takes 7–10 days, plus delivery time (approximately 2 days within Germany, approximately 5–8 days within the EU). Items in stock can be dispatched more quickly. The relevant delivery information can be found on the product page and during the ordering process.

There are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays. Unless otherwise agreed, we always dispatch items with different delivery times together. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

Returns

For returns from Germany, we provide a free returns label. You can request this via our returns portal or by emailing support@leslis.de. For returns from abroad, you are responsible for the direct return costs; please contact us at support@leslis.de to arrange this. A tracked parcel makes it easier to provide proof of return.

The time limits and conditions set out in our cancellation policy apply to statutory cancellations. The notice of cancellation and the subsequent return each have their own time limits. Use of the portal is a service to help organise returns and is not an additional requirement for statutory cancellation.

Payment

The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout; these may vary depending on the delivery country and the order. These may include credit cards, PayPal, accelerated payment methods such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay, as well as other local payment methods offered at checkout. For credit card payments, your card will be charged upon conclusion of the contract. Where different payment terms apply to a particular payment method, these will be displayed when you select it.
