Volume discount from 2 bed linen sets

You are putting on a new duvet cover and notice the zip is sticking. Or you spot an open seam. The first step is simple: get in touch and tell us what you have found.

Details that help us look into it

If you have it to hand, include your order number. Name the product and describe the affected area. A close-up photo and a view of the whole item can help us understand the issue. These details help us handle your enquiry; providing a photo is not a blanket condition of your statutory rights.

You do not need a technical term for the fault. “The seam at the bottom corner is coming apart” is a clear description. It is also useful to tell us when you noticed it. You can reach us through our contact form.

What the legal guarantee means

New goods bought by consumers from a business in the EU generally come with a legal guarantee of at least two years from receipt. If goods are faulty, repair or replacement free of charge are the initial remedies. Where the legal conditions are met, further rights may apply, such as a price reduction or cancellation of the purchase. The specific position depends on the applicable law.

A voluntary commercial guarantee may offer additional benefits. It does not replace or restrict statutory rights relating to faulty goods. For purchases governed by German law, section 437 of the German Civil Code sets out the available remedies.
